
Germany's benchmark DAX index inched up by 0.04 percent to 9,943.27 points on Friday.
The Frankfurt Stock Exchange opened lower but went upward to touch the higest level of 9,970.77 points, before it went down and closed with slight gains.
Deutsche Borse AG, Deutsche Telekom AG and Bayer AG were the top risers with their schare price rose by 1.28 percent,1.11 percent and 1.00 percent respectively. K+S Aktiengesellschaft, Deutsche Bank AG, ThyssenKrupp AG dropped the most by 1.64 percent, 1.38 percent and 1.32 percent.
