Grain futures were modestly higher on the Chicago Board of Trade Tuesday as tight global supplies and shipping delays in Brazil boosted U.S. suppliers. Corn was up 4 1/2 to up 5 1/2, soybeans were up 13 1/4 to up 18, wheat was up 1 1/2 to up 3 1/4 and oats were up 1 to up 1 3/4. Corn found support exporting difficulties that are slowing the supply line in Brazil. Wheat prices benefited from spillover support from soybeans, although gains were tempered by a stronger dollar.
