
Wednesday's trading session at Kuwait Stock Exchange saw the majority of the market's indices into red territory as the bell sounded on the weighted index at 493.66 points on a loss of 0.27 points, the price index at 7,344.59 points on a fall of 23.81 points, and the KSX 15 at 1,207.63 points on a down of 0.49 points.
The session saw 3,329 trades worth KD 19.72 million with some 128 million shares changing hands.
As for sector performance, the curtain fell on two green indices, two unchanged index readings, and the remaining 10 readings all in red ink.
When it came to single share performance, the top gainer was (QURAINHLD), while biggest loser was (KCPC). The volume-top-five for the day were (GFH), (KBT), (IFA), (BAYANINV), and (FIRSTDUBAI).
