
Trading came to a stop at Kuwait Stock Exchange Thursday with the market ending the week on mixed boards, as the weighted index came to 459 points on a gain of 0.28 points, the price index to 7,785.48 points on a loss of 52.72 points, and the KSX 15 to 1,083.31 points on an up of 2.62 points. Trades came to 6,279 transactions worth KD 28.23 million with 273.38 million shares changing hands. The sector indices board was showing four green slots, seven red, and another three unchanged from yesterday's closing. In terms of shares, (TIJARA) was the day's top gainer, while (ALAQARIA) was the session's biggest loser. Five top volume shares were (ABYAAR), (MAYADEEN), (GFH), (INVESTORS), and (MAZAYA).
