
Main indices at Kuwait Stock Exchange kept to red and ended Monday trading down, the weighted index shedding 1.59 points, the price index dropping 52.4 points, and the KSX 15 index also losing 2.94 points. Value of trade came to KD 35.4 million with volume at 289.7 million shares and 5,906 transactions took place. Top volume shares were (MUNSHAAT), (SOKOUK), (GFH), (INVESTORS), and (MANAZEL). Number-one gainers were (IFAHR), (AREEC), (KCIN), (ALAMAN), and (PAPER). As for sector indices, the top gainer in both the price and weight indices was the consumer goods sector, up by 1.44 and 7.14 points respectively. Meanwhile, the top loser in the price index was the technology sector, down by 25.3 points, whereas the top loser in the weighted index was the real estate sector, down by 8.8 points.
