
Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index (30) lost 34.91 points on Thursday's trading session, a decline by 0.55 percent to close at 6317.66 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 6352.57 points, Omani state news agency ONA reported.
The trading value amounted to RO 3.98 million, comprising a rise by 46.25 percent compared to the last session, which stood at RO 2.72 million.
Market value fell by 1.14 percent to reach about RO 14.72 billion, according to the MSM report.
The value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 1.959 million, comprising 49.24 percent, while the value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 1.556 million, comprising 39.11 percent. The net non-Omani investment rose by 10.13 percent to RO 403,000.
