The Qatar Exchange was pursued its upswing trend Monday down 47.25 points or 0.55% to 8,489.10 points from the previous closing of 8,536.35. The volume of shares traded was up to 12,426,333 from 10,059,774 Sunday and the value of shares increased to QR 301,298,700.92 from QR 210,403,967.75 on Sunday. Top gainers were Salam International which was up 0.07% to QR 14.54 , Comm. Bank of Qatar lost 0.42% to QR 71.50, Rayan decrease 0.56% to QR 26.75 and Vodafone Qatar gain by 1.96% to QR 9.00. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector down 4.31 points while the Qatar industrial sector lost 28.93 points and the Services sector down 21.28 points.
