
The Qatar Exchange ended in the red area when trading closed Sunday at 10,360.02 points (0.30%) down 31.15 points from the previous closing of 10,391.17 points on Thursday. The volume of shares was fell to 7,830,646 from Thursday 11,016,813 and the value of shares decreased to QR289,446,816.37 from QR337,670,116.15 on Thursday. Among the top losers were Electricity and Water whose share down 1.11% to QR178.00, Doha Bank lost 0.86% to QR57.50, Salam International fell 2.70% to QR12.99 and Masraf Al Rayan decreased by 1.25% to QR31.55. The Banking and Financial sector index was lost 0.18% points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index dropped 0.03 points. The industrial sector was fell 0.25 points while insurance sector down 0.19% points.
