
The Qatar Exchange ended in the red area when trading closed Monday at 11,072.13 points (0.19%) down 20.88 points from the previous closing of 11,093.01 points on Sunday.The volume of shares was fell to 8,940,487 from Sunday 12,918,352 and the value of shares increased to QR524,413,479.79 from QR478,390,717.71 on Sunday.Among the top losers were Industries Qatar whose share down 1.06% to QR176.90, Islamic Insurance lost 2.37% to QR61.90, Barwa Real Estate fell 1.56% to QR31.45 and Mazaya Qatar decreased by 2.63% to QR12.20.The Banking and Financial sector index was added 0.63% points while the industrial sector dropped 0.98 points and insurance sector down 0.36% points.
