
Qatar Stock Exchange index gained 38.81 points (+0.39 percent) when the bourse closed trading at 12,248.35 points Wednesday.
The market capitalization increased to QR 657.078 billion from QR 654.163 billion registered Tuesday.
The traded value gained to QR 726,944,024.34 with a volume of 14,745,521 shares from 7,018 transactions compared to QR 326,578,232.64 with a volume of 7,215,278 shares from 4,543 transactions on Tuesday.
Industries index advanced the most, up +0.91 percent to 4,071.87 points and Telecom index declined the most, down -1.53 percent to 1,289.42 points.
QSE Total Return Index gained +0.32 percent (19,034.58 points). QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index gained +0.02 percent (4,646.07 points). QSE All Share Index gained +0.29 percent (3,268.66 points).
Of the 43 listed companies, shares of 42 were traded today. From these, 20 advanced, 20 declined and two remained unchanged.
