
Qatar Stock Exchange index gained 84.42 points (+0.70%) when the bourse closed trading Tuesday at 12,207.64 points.
The market capitalization increased to QR 657.52 Billion compared to QR 653.05 Billion registered Monday.
The traded value increased to QR 374.93 Million with a volume of 9,085,942 shares from 5,643 transactions compared to QR 371.91 Million with a volume of 8,285,242 shares from 4,886 transactions.
Indices of all sectors ended in green zone today, barring transport sector that dropped -0.27% to 2,501.93 points.
Telecom gained the most today, up +2.37% to 1,312.11 points.
The QSE Total Return Index rose +0.70% (18,971.31 points). QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index rose +0.47% (4,657.36 points) and QSE All Share Index rose +0.60% (3,265.37 points).
From the 43 QSE-listed companies 28 advanced, 11 declined and four remained unchanged today.
