Qatar Stock index jumps 116.71 points

Qatar Stock Index (QSE) gained 116.71 points (+0.95 %) when the bourse closed trading at 12,366.92 points here Wednesday.

The market capitalization increased to QR 661.48 Billion from QR 658.84 Billion registered Tuesday.

The traded volume increased to QR 722.35 Million with a volume of 21,399,706 shares from 7,632 transactions compared with QR 293.16 Million with a volume of 7,017,382 shares from 3,906 transactions on Tuesday.

Indices of four sectors declined and three gained today.

QSE Total Return Index gained +0.95% (19,218.83 points). QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index gained +0.66% (4,718.25 points) and QSE All Share Index increased +0.74% (3,301.34 points).

From the 43 listed companies, 18 advanced, 21 declined and four remained unchanged.
