
The main index of Saudi Stock Exchange Market (Tadawul) fell in May by 5.25% or 357.42 points to the level of 6,448.42 points, compared to the previous month.
The market said in its monthly report issued Wednesday that the market capitalization shrank last month by 4.49% to SR 1488.54 trillion from April.
It noted that the trading volume fell in May to 6.11 billion shares from 6.71 billion shares exchanged in the previous month with a decline of 8.97%.
