Tokyo stocks jumped Wednesday, with a key index ending at a 33-month high on positive corporate earnings reports and government approval of a record-high JPY 92.61 trillion (USD 1.02 trillion) budget for fiscal 2013 on the previous day. The benchmark Nikkei 225 Stock Average on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) advanced 247.23 points, or 2.28 percent, from Tuesday to 11,113.95, the highest finish since April 27, 2010.
