A new agreement was reached to secure the evacuation of the rest of residents from the besieged areas in eastern Aleppo, sources in the Syrian opposition said.
The operation to evacuate the rest of the residents will be resumed within hours, according to Sky News.
The city, Syria's second largest city and once a key cultural and economic hub, has been divided between government forces and rebels since 2012.
