SOHR: 13 killed, injured in shelling in Aleppo's Shaar district

The London-based Syrian Observatory of Human Rights said three persons were killed and 10 others injured in heavy shelling of a district in eastern Aleppo city.
The observatory added on Saturday that the shelling targeted Shaar district in eastern Aleppo, reported ِthe US Alhurra channel.
