35 pieces of antiquities seized by police in Alexandria

Alexandria investigation officers on Monday seized 35 pieces of antiquities during a raid on a location for illegal search for antiquities under a house in the west of the Mediterranean city.
Upon a tip-off to Alexandria investigation, police carried out a raid on a house in Wardian district where inspection operations were under way at 15 meters depth under the ground and seized 35 pieces of antiquities.
Police arrested a number of workers and referred them to prosecution.
