Al-Azhar Imam invited to attend civilization dialogue in Slovenia

The Grand Imam of Al Azhar Ahmed El Tayeb received on Tuesday the Slovenian ambassador in Cairo Tatjana Miškova who invited the Grand Imam to attend dialogue among civilizations.
The ambassador praised the good reputation Al Azhar enjoys worldwide, pointing out that her country decided to open a center for Islamic studies and will allow the establishment of the first mosque in Slovenia, within the framework of understanding with Al Azhar.
She handed over an invitation from the Slovenian foreign minister to El Tayyeb to attend the dialogue session.
For his part, the Grand Imam expressed Al Azhar readiness to receive Slovenian students to study at Al Azhar.
