The manuscript restoration laboratory centre at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina has recently completed the restoration of the third book collection from Kuwait's House of Islamic Antiquities (Dar Al-Athar Al-Islamiyah). The collection includes 11 rare publications that date back to the 19th and 20th centuries in the fields of Egyptology and Greek and Roman antiquities, in addition to two manuscripts. The restoration laboratory had previously restored two book collections from the House of Islamic Antiquities, including 319 rare books and 99 research papers. The fourth collection is scheduled for restoration by the end of this year. From / Ahram Online
