Aqsa Mosque under Palestinian control

All Muslim and Christian places of worship in East Jerusalem, including the Al-Aqsa Mosque, are under Palestinian control, said Mahmoud al-Habbash, an adviser to the Palestinian president for religious affairs, Wednesday.
Habbash was responding to calls by Jewish organizations to storm holy sites.
The Israeli Tourism Ministry had also called for storming the Al-Aqsa Mosque from al-Qatanin Gate.
Habbash said the Israeli government is acting against all international resolutions regarding protection of places of worship in occupied countries.
