Azhar rejects impersonating prophets in films

Al Azhar senior scholars authority on Sunday renewed its rejection over impersonating prophets or apostles in movies or series, saying it violates their spiritual standing in the Muslim world.
In a released statement, Al Azhar completely rejects portraying the Prophet Mohamed in the new Iranian movie entitle " Muhammed Resul Allah" slated to be screened in movie theaters of today in Tehran.
