
In line with the directives of His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council Shaikh Salman bin Isa Al Khalifa has tasked a technical and engineering team, led by Head of the Engineering and Maintenance Services Department Abdullah Rashid, to follow up on the needs of Zallaq citizens.
The team got ascertained today of the situation of Mosques in Zallaq and their needs. They also looked into a complaint published by the citizens in a local newspaper on maintaining Zallaq grand mosque (Shaikh Isa Mosque) and providing the cemetery with a relaxing place where to extend condolences.
The Sunni Endowments Directorate stressed that Zallaq, like any other region in Bahrain, enjoys all the care of the directorate, pointing out past and present actions taken to optimise services for citizens. It also unveiled future plans in this respect.
