Gambian President Yahya Jammeh met HE Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr Hamad Abdulaziz Al Kuwari on the sidelines of Gambia's celebration of its 50th independence anniversary.
HE the minister conveyed greetings and congratulations of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the Gambian president on this occasion. In turn, the president thanked HH the Emir for Qatar's participation in Gambia's celebrations.
HE Qatar's Ambassador to Gambia Mohamed bin Nasser Al Kaabi attended the meeting.
