
Deputizing for His Majesty King Abdullah II, Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour attended an award distribution ceremony for the 2014 King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein Award for Creativity (the 7th edition).
At the ceremony, which was attended by Senate President and Chairman of the Award's Board of Trustees, Adul Raouf Tawabdeh, Lower House Speaker Atef Tarawneh and Mayor of Amman Akil Beltaji, Ensour presented the awards to the winners. The awards cover the fields of literature, arts, science, and Arab city.
Winners in the field of literature and arts were Mohammad Jamal Amr from Jordan and Tariq Al Bakri from Lebanon, while in the field of science, Ali Badran from Jordan won the award.
The Greater Amman Municipality won the award in the field of Arab city.
