It’s not summer in Valcamonica without the Mostre Mercato (Market Exhibits) of Capo di Ponte, Pisogne and Bienno. From July 28 to August 26, it is possible to rediscover the Valley’s traditions and artisanal specialties, its tastes, art and creativity and the marvels of the ancient borgos of the Camuni people. Pescarzo di Capo di Ponte has hosted “ImmaginArti” for 12 seasons. It is an event that brings together over seventy artisan masters from the zone of Valle Camonica and from central and northern Italy; for nine days they will exhibit their works in various historic centres. In Pisogne, Bienno and Pescarzo, the inhabitants show off their hospitality in the courtyards and wine cellars, transformed into laboratories and workshops that will be open to the numerous expected visitors. Every evening the streets, illuminated by the fire of a thousand candles, will fill with guests, exhibitors, acrobats and musicians, for a party that will last late into the night.
