Special Pakistan Day prayers for prosperity were offered throughout the country. Gov. Sindh Ishratul Ibad and Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah paid tribute at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, Pakistan's founder, in Karachi.
