The Pearl Al Qumasha was installed as part of the "Seven Pearls in Love with the U.A.E.” exhibit to mark the 43rd National Day. The replica is on Al Marjan Island waterfront.
Seven locations were chosen along the U.A.E. coast for installing the pearls to complete the nationwide initiative and attempted Guinness World Record for longest non-stop diving trip starting from the Port of Fujairah and ending on the Abu Dhabi coast.
Each pearl has its own name: Algeoan in Abu Dhabi, Alcoloh in Umm Al Quwain, Albuqh in Ajman, Dana in Dubai, Al Qumasha in Ras Al Khaimah, Al Rifaa in Fujairah and Al Sharina in Sharjah.
Al Marjan Island, located off the coast of Ras Al Khaimah, has become an ideal tourist destination.
