Chinese President Xi Jinping will send a special enjoy to attend the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of Zambian independence in Zambia on Friday, a Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said.
Qiangba Puncog, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislature, is set to attend the event, spokeswoman Hua Chunying said at a regular press conference Tuesday.
