Russian jets spray clouds ahead of parade

Russian jets sprayed clouds with silver iodide early Saturday in an attempt to keep them from literally raining on a military parade marking the country's Victory Day.
Cloud seeding cost some 400 million Russian ruble.
The military parade cost a total of 28.5 billion ruble.
The Russian government pardoned some 60,000 prisoners on the occasion.
