Saudi king relieves culture, information minister of his post

King Abdullah ben Abdel Aziz issued a royal decree on Wednesday relieving Information and Culture Minister Abdel Aziz ben Mohi el-Din Khoga from his post upon the latter's request.
The monarch assigned Bandr ben Mohamed Hamza to serve as acting information and culture minister until a new minister is appointed.
