Formed in 2006 in New York, Kinan Azmeh’s City Band immediately gained recognition for their virtuosic and high energy performances. Born in Damascus in 1976, Kinan Azmeh graduated from the Damascus Higher Institute of Music. In 2000, he moved to New York City and graduated from the Juilliard School.
