
Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development received here Wednesday Aswan Governor Mostafa Yousri along with Chairman of the Arab Centre for Tourism Media Hussain Al Mannai.
During the meeting, Sheikh Nahyan said the UAE backs tourism and investment in Egypt, hailing the opening of an Egyptian Tourism Ministry office in Abu Dhabi.
He said the step will boost UAE tourism in Egypt in the coming period, reported the UAE news agency WAM.
Yousri encouraged Arab tourists to visit Egypt, citing several kinds of tourism in Egypt.
He added that Egypt's participation in the ongoing Arabian Travel Market 2015 in Dubai - which runs from May 4 to 7 - will give momentum to tourism in Egypt.
