
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister of the UAE, yesterday met with Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of Germany.
During the meeting, they discussed the existing bilateral relations and reviewed the growth of joint cooperation in various fields as well as ways to enhance them in the best interests of the two countries.
They also exchanged views on the latest developments in the regional and international arenas as well as a number of issues of mutual interest, especially fighting extremism and other issues of concerns.
Ambassador Lana Zaki Nusseibeh, Permanent Representative of the United Arab Emirates to the UN attended the meeting.
