
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, yesterday received Anders Samuelson, Danish Foreign Minister, Soren Pape Poulsen, Justice Minister, and Merete Riisager, Minister of Education.
The meetings dealt with means of boosting bilateral relations between the UAE and the Kingdom of Denmark in various fields, including the educational and legal fields.
They also exchanged views on the latest developments and current developments at the regional and international levels as well as discussing a number of issues of common concern.
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan commended the outstanding strategic relations between the two countries, expressing his happiness at visiting Denmark.
The Danish ministers welcomed His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan to Denmark, stressing their keenness to boost relations with the UAE.
The meetings were attended by Dr. Ahmad bin Abdulla Humaid Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of State for Higher Education, and Fatima Khamis Salem Al Mazrouei, the UAE Ambassador to Denmark.
