
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received Minister for Foreign Affairs of Singapore Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre on Tuesday.
Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan is in Abu Dhabi to participate in the UAE-Singapore joint ministerial committee.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and Dr Vivian Balakrishnan discussed the progress in existing cooperation between the two countries in areas of education, economy and advanced technologies in order to serve mutual interests. They also explored prospects for furthering joint cooperation in vital sectors in light of the available resources in both countries and their common vision for development of human resources.
Sheikh Mohamed and Dr. Balakrishnan exchanged views on a variety of issues of mutual concern.
