Afghan President Meets HE Foreign Minister

President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Dr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met here on Saturday with HE Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
HE the Foreign Minister convoyed greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the Afghan President and HH best wishes of further progress and prosperity for the Afghan people.
For his part, the Afghan President entrusted HE the Foreign Minister with his greetings to HH the Emir, wishing him the best of health and happiness and for the State of Qatar further development and prosperity.
Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations and means of enhancing them in addition to a number of issues of common interest.
