Agriculture minister meets Canadian envoy

Agriculture Minister Essam Fayed discussed with Canadian Ambassador in Cairo Troy Lulashnyk means of promoting agricultural and food cooperation, especially at the 1.5-million-feddan reclamation project.
During a meeting Tuesday, Fayed stressed that Egypt is committed to import standards with Canada.
For his part, the Canadian envoy said his country is willing to increase the volume of trade with Egypt in the agricultural domain and participate in the 1.5-million-feddan reclamation project.
