
Yafea' Al Faraj , Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency, ARRA, Executive Director, has held a meeting with a Chinese delegation led by Feng Lu, Director General of the Gulf-Chinese Trading Corporation, to review real estate investment opportunities in Ajman.
The delegation was briefed by Al Faraj about the real estate investment opportunities available in freehold areas, especially Emirates City, with its strategic location along Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road, its proximity to Dubai and Sharjah, and on the possibility of constructing multiple-use real estate projects, including commercial, residential and hospitality projects like hotels and hotel apartments.
Feng Lu said that the meeting presented a valuable chance to explore investment opportunities in Ajman, and to identify the main function of ARRA in regulating freehold transactions. He also expressed his thanks and appreciation to senior management of ARRA, headed by Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Tourism Development Department, and Mr. Al Faraj for the transparency of the information and details of investment opportunities.
