
GCC Secretary General Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani met in Riyadh today the Executive President of the GCC Monetary Council Dr Rajaa Al-Bagmi.
During the meeting, Al-Bagmi gave an account on the constitutional and organizational composition of the monetary council in addition to the projects the council is planning to implement as part of its efforts to enhance the joint cooperation in the fields of monetary and economical policies of the GCC.
For his part, Al-Zayani lauded the great role being exerted by the GCC monetary council in enhancing the GCC economic integration, confirming the importance of joint coordination and cooperation in the service of the GCC joint march and to achieve the objectives set by the leaders of the GCC.
Al Zayani also met the director general of the Gulf TV and Broadcasting station Majra bin Mubarak Al-Gahtani, where he congratulated him on being appointed director of the facility, wishing him every success.
