
The Arab Parliament Speaker Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Jarwan discussed on Wednesday, with the Presidents of Pan- African Parliament Roger Nkodo Dang, ways to develop cooperation between the Arab Parliament and Pan-African Parliament to serve the interests of the Arab and African peoples.
In a statement issued by the Arab Parliament, Al Jarwan reiterated continuous Arab solidarity with the African continent, stressing that bilateral relations are based on solidarity and integration mutual judgment in common and that work among all African and Arab countries will realize the aspiration of their peoples to peace, security, development and prosperity
For his part, Dang assured the Pan-African Parliament's willingness to promote its relations with the Arab Parliament. The meeting also discussed a host of issues of common concern.
