Azhar' el Tayeb receives Jerusalem Grand Mufti

Al Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed el Tayeb received on Thursday a Muslim - Christian Palestinian delegation, headed by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Mohammad Hussein, currently visiting here.
The delegation members offered condolences to Tayeb over deaths of terrorist attacks on Haram street and the Boutroseya church.
They said the terrorist attacks that claim the lives of innocent people, aim at spreading sedition among Egypt's sons.
It is the role of religious leaders to work together against radicalism and terror that target not only the church, but the Arab region, humanity and religion also, they added.
The Grand Imam thanked the delegation members who were keen on condoling with Egypt and its people.
