
Social Affairs Minister Pierre Bou Assi met on Tuesday at the Ministry office with the Regional Director of the World Bank Farid Belhaj, in the presence of Head of "Human Development, Poverty, Employment and Gender" Programs, Hanine Sayyid, with discussions touching on projects carried out by the World Bank in collaboration with the Ministry, notably "Support of Most Impoverished Families" Program.
Minister Bou Assi also raised a number of future projects to bolster cooperation between the World Bank and the Ministry.
Bou Assi also met with German Ambassador to Lebanon, Martin Hoth, and discussed with him the German government-funded projects currently under implementation with the Ministry of Social Affairs, notably that Germany is considered one of the most supportive countries of projects pertain
