Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen left here Tuesday morning for a 2-day visit to Vietnam, where he will witness the signing ceremony of three documents, a senior official said.
The prime minister will hold bilateral talks with his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Xuan Phuc soon after his arrival in Vietnam and the two leaders will preside over the signing ceremony, said Sry Thamarong, a spokesman for Hun Sen.
The documents expected to be signed included a treaty on transfer of prisoners, a treaty on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, and an agreement on the cooperation between Cambodia's Ministry of Cults and Region and Vietnam's Committee for Religious Affairs, he said.
