China president, Egypt PM meet in Johannsburg

Prime Minister Sherif Ismail met on Friday with Chinese President Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the Chinese-African cooperation forum in Johannsburg.
The meeting tackled bilateral relations and ways to promote them in all fields.
The premier delivered greetings of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to the Chinese leader, who will visit Cairo in January.
Ismail praised as historic relations between Egypt and China.
He welcomed the upcoming visit of the Chinese president to Egypt.
Xi lauded historic ties with Egypt and asserted that his country will work on boosting them.
Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry attended the meeting.
