
Egypt's Ambassador to Sarajevo Yasser Attawi discussed on Tuesday with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Bosnia-Herzegovina Zlatko Lagumdzija ways of boosting relations in various fields between the two countries.
A press statement by the Foreign Ministry said that the Egyptian diplomat gave a presentation to the Bosnian minister about the situation in Egypt and the ongoing preparations for Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) which will be held on March 13-15 in Sharm el Sheikh resort.
Attawi also pointed out to Egypt's hosting of the Arab summit at the end of March, according to the statement.
He noted Egypt's nomination for a non-permanent membership at the UN Security Council from 2016-2017.
