
Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday urged Yemeni parties participating in the current peace talks in Kuwait to continue consultations to reach positive results that contribute to Yemen's peace, security, stability and safety of its citizens.
He made the remarks during a meeting with Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, U.N. special envoy for Yemen; Abdulmalik Al-Mekhlafi, Yemen's deputy prime minister, foreign minister and head of the Yemeni government delegation; Arif Al-Zoka, head of the General People's Congress' delegation; and Mohamed Abdel Salam, head of Ansarallah delegation.
The Emir of Kuwait was briefed on current peace talks developments between Yemeni parties.
