
HE the Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani met today with Paraguayan Foreign Minister Eladio Loizaga.
They reviewed relations between the two countries and means of developing them and discussed regional and international issued of mutual concern.
HE Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani confirmed during the meeting the depth of partnership between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Paraguay, underlining that the two countries established comprehensive, successful and fruitful bilateral relations over the past decades.
He also stressed the keenness of the State of Qatar to continue contacts with friends in Paraguay to develop bilateral relations and review the prospects they reached, noting that relations with friendly countries need continuous contacts so that their momentum will be maintained on various levels.
For his part, the Paraguayan Foreign Minister expressed thanks to the State of Qatar for the warm welcome and the generous hospitality accorded to him, stressing his country's keenness to enhance relations with the State of Qatar in various fields and wishing Qatar and its people further prosperity and growth.
