
Visiting Foreign Minister of Iran Mohammad Javad Zarif discussed issues of mutual interests in a meeting with Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Thursday, Iran's News Agency (IRNA) reported .
The talks focused on the international and regional developments as well as bilateral relations.
Zarif arrived in Tokyo from Beijing where he attended the Iran-China Business Forum 2016.
Zarif is in Japan on the last leg of his three-nation tour to Asia that started on December 3 and has taken him to India and China respectively. (QNA) Earlier in the day, Zarif met with Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan Hiroshige Seko.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to boost economic relations between the two countries.
