Luxor police chief meets Chinese security delegation

Luxor police chief Essam el Hemalli met Tuesday with a security delegation of the Chinese presidency to prepare for Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to Egypt.
The Chinese delegation praised security measures taken ahead of Xi's visit, said Walid Abdel Haii, the media director at Luxor Police HQ.
A comprehensive plan has been outlined, Abdel Haii said, adding that security measures have been intensified around tourist sites and in the vicinity of the airport.
