Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah met Tuesday with Irish Foreign Minister Charles Flanagan.
During the meeting, Hamdallah briefed the Irish minister on the violations of the Israeli occupation, particularly the continuing settlement, mass punishment of the Palestinian people, and the recurring storming of Al Aqsa Mosque. He warned the international society of the deterioration of security conditions due to the Israeli government's insistence on escalation and rejecting international efforts to achieve peace.
Hamdallah praised Irish support for the Palestinian issue in international platforms and voting in its favor in the United Nations, hailing bilateral ties, evident in the execution of several development projects in Palestine.
